Lazy Days RV Park had a strong seasonal following and was well cared for — but it had hit a ceiling. Since the transition, Lazy Days has evolved into a true seasonal community centered on family, comfort, and connection. The removal of the bar and introduction of a kid-friendly game room shifted the tone of the park completely. The event space is now active and accessible, encouraging local engagement and on-park events. With upgraded site infrastructure, stronger onsite leadership, and a more welcoming environment, the park has seen steady growth in demand and positive reviews from guests who feel the difference.
