At Baywood RV Park, two high-impact projects were completed to improve both guest experience and daily operations. First, we tackled the pool — one of the park’s key amenities — by installing a new pool liner and replacing the perimeter fencing. These updates greatly improved safety, cleanliness, and visual appeal, making the pool area more inviting for families and long-term guests.
Next, we turned our attention to the main office, which had become cluttered and underutilized over time. We cleared out unnecessary storage, gave the space a fresh coat of paint, and reorganized it into a more welcoming and functional area for guests and team members alike. Now, it serves as a true hub for park operations — and a better first impression for anyone walking through the door.
These updates may seem simple on paper, but they’ve made a big difference in how Baywood feels and functions — reinforcing our mission to bring aging parks back to life with thoughtful, targeted improvements.
