Arrowhead had an old, unused mini golf course that had fallen into disrepair. Rather than let it take up valuable space, we saw an opportunity to repurpose the area into something guests would actually use. The result? A brand-new shuffleboard activity zone that’s quickly become a guest favorite.

Shuffleboard is easy to learn, inclusive for all ages, and requires very little maintenance — making it a perfect fit for seasonal guests and long-term stays. The new area has a clean, modern feel and adds another reason for guests to get outside and engage with one another.

What was once an eyesore is now a highlight. This project reflects our larger approach: revitalizing existing assets in ways that create more value and more community without starting from scratch.
