When we took over Stillwater RV Park, one of the first safety priorities was addressing the aging dock. The existing structure was outdated, uneven, and no longer safe for regular guest use — especially for families and long-term residents who enjoy access to the water. It was clear that this feature, once a highlight of the park, had become a liability and needed immediate attention.

Our team designed and installed a brand-new dock built with long-lasting materials, improved stability, and better guest usability in mind. The new setup allows for easier fishing, kayaking, and waterside relaxation — activities that are central to the Stillwater guest experience.

In addition to improving safety, the dock has also become a visual and functional centerpiece for the park. It’s now a place where guests gather, take in the view, and connect with the natural beauty of the property. What was once a hazard is now a daily highlight — a small but important win in enhancing both comfort and community at Stillwater.
