One of the most transformational upgrades at Stillwater RV Park wasn’t just cosmetic — it was functional. We built a brand-new community hub and main office designed to bring together operations, hospitality, and guest support all in one space.

The building includes a full guest-facing office, a small store for essentials, coffee station, and bathroom facilities. It also provides organized storage space for seasonal staff, lifeguards, and part-time team members. Just outside, we added a shaded patio area with a grain bin gazebo and furniture, giving guests a place to relax, chat, and enjoy a communal atmosphere.

This project created more than convenience — it gave the park a true heart. The office is now where guests come to get help, feel welcomed, or just have a morning cup of coffee. For our staff, it’s a space that brings organization and pride to their daily work. Together, it’s helping shape the kind of connected, cared-for experience that defines a Freedom property.
