At The Landing at Bear Creek RV Park in Felicity, OH, we made a clear strategic shift — transitioning the park into a destination for traveling workers and long-term stays. That shift required more than just a mindset; it called for targeted upgrades to support daily life and deliver real convenience for guests who stay for weeks or months at a time.

One of the most creative solutions came in the form of a custom laundry facility. Rather than build a new structure from scratch, we converted a mobile unit into a 7-bay laundry center, fully equipped to handle the demands of long-term guests. The unit blends in seamlessly and has become a daily-use amenity that meets a core need for workers and families alike.

In addition, we added a new office/cabin structure that includes workspace, internet access, and a place for both management and guests to connect. And to make the park more welcoming for families, we replaced an underutilized dog park with a kangaroo jumper — a kid-friendly attraction that brings energy and fun to the community space.
