At Cherokee RV Park, we focused on two of the park’s most used — and most visible — amenities: the dock and the pool area. Both were in need of attention, and we saw an opportunity to enhance the daily experience for guests while also improving safety and visual appeal.

The existing docks had become worn and outdated, posing potential safety issues and limiting access to the water. We replaced them with 20 brand-new, up-to-code docks — giving guests safer, more stable access to enjoy fishing, boating, and waterfront views. These new docks now serve as a central feature of the park’s lakeside lifestyle.

At the same time, we completed a full pool renovation, including a new liner, freshly updated pool deck, and replaced perimeter fencing. These improvements not only brought the space up to modern standards, but also helped reframe the pool as a clean, relaxing, and guest-friendly feature for families and long-term residents.

With these upgrades, Cherokee now delivers a more polished and comfortable experience — while still keeping the laid-back atmosphere guests love.
